The general travel ban in the European Union that has been in force since March last year has been further relaxed for family circumstances.

Quarantine obligation for foreigners upon arrival in the Netherlands
As of May 15, 2021, the Dutch government will impose a quarantine obligation upon arrival of travelers from a risk area. The mandatory quarantine will apply to foreign visitors, but also to Dutch people who return from a trip to an orange or red country/area
Flight ban South Africa, South American countries extended until May 1
Due to the corona pandemic, the ban on passenger flights from South Africa and fifteen countries from South America to the Netherlands has been extended until May 1, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management reports.
Aircraft from the UK welcome again in the Netherlands
Aircraft and ships from the United Kingdom are allowed to land and moor in the Netherlands again from today.
